Beanstalkr’s Chocolate Review
(This is one person’s experience – we all taste differently!)
Dark, smooth, glossy and flavorful! This Limited Edition 70% Honduras Apach Bar is our first bar from Elsa Chocolat and it hit all the spots.
Firstly, Elsa’s packaging is one of our favorites. We love a good book, and the book sleeve design was inviting, familiar and comforting. And it only gets better when you find two mini and oh so glossy bars inside the front cover.
For us, this bar tasted:
- 🤎 walnutty, chocolatey and beautifully rich. That chocolate flavor is gorgeously intense but still politely allows the other flavors to come through.
- 🤎 It reminded me of dunking cubes of toasted banana walnut bread in molten chocolate. That’s how chocolatey it is and it’s so soooo good.
- 🤎 Long flavor finish – thank goodness because I didn’t want it to end!! This one, I’m definitely savoring.
Thanks so much to Elsa for crafting these bars and testing the Aussie shipping system. Everything arrived in perfect condition and we can’t wait to taste the other bars.
As a 2024 International Chocolate Awards winner, Elsa’s chocolate clearly comes highly recommended (and after having this one bar, we can see why!)
