A miniscule glimpse at: Finding Flavours in Chocolate
Published
We're putting curiousity behind the wheel.
“I’m trying something new” – the phrase alone either gets you excited or sends shivers down your spine.
Either way, that feeling tells you that you want something to happen and that maybe you want it to go well. Whatever you’re trying, it’s driven by something.
Finding flavours in chocolate, for most of us, means trying something new. And understandably, we don’t want to mess with that chocolate flavour we’ve adored for centuries.
We get it.
We were on the same page too. Why mess with something we already love?
That’s why this is a miniscule glimpse at finding flavours in craft chocolate, and instead of plunging right into what those flavours are and how we find them…
We’re going to dive into why didn’t we know natural flavours in chocolate existed.
Greasing up our tastebuds with the reasons why, might get us into the right gear that helps us find chocolate flavours.
To be blunt, we kinda need to mess with the chocolate memories in your minds (it’s tied to so much – so so soooo much! [stay tuned for a link!]).
And to be willing to do mess with our memories, we need to create curiousity.
Curiousity has to be our driver.
SO – The next three posts will hopefully create that curiosity.
And as we’re typing this , we already know that this is going to be a HUGE waffle of a chocolate coated thought. To give it some structure, we’re breaking it up into three.
Each post will cover one the following three reasons (we realise we need to come up with “snappier” titles….):
- Post 1. We get the majority of our food from a supermarket [stay tuned for a link]. It’s here!
- Post 2. How we talk about chocolate [stay tuned for a link]. Here it is!
- Post 3. Fast foods (and not just take away / drive thru meals) [and yep, you guessed it, another link]. This one is here!
As always, we’ll make it fun (if you haven’t read these posts, check them out. It gives a gist of how we do that!)
It is chocolate after all. This has to be fun!
So stay tuned – that’s it from us (for now!). We’ll be back with the first of three reasons next week!
In the meantime for those of you trying something new, take a leap.
Put something (or someone) in the driver seat and do it.
You never know what you’ll find…
Where to next?
