7th July (World Chocolate Day) has to be the sweetest day of the year.
And if you’re an Aussie, there’s no better way to spend it than with 30+ amazing chocolate makers and cocoa producers right here in Melbourne, Australia!
We’re talking about a huge space (at The Abbotsford Convent) FILLED with chocolate.
And not just any chocolate – the bars you will find are made from scratch from cocoa beans by some really talented (and friendly!) chocolate makers.

(Can you tell we’re excited?)
And these chocolate makers have scoured the world for some of the finest cocoa beans to make the best chocolate you’ve ever tasted using their own precise chocolate making methods.
And besides a room filled with chocolate and amazing people (how could it possibly get better than that?), you’ll get to taste samples and spoil yourselves with some awesome blocks of chocolate.
The awesome part is this is Australia’s first bean to bar chocolate festival that is dedicated to this very special section of the chocolate industry. For context:
What makes the bean to bar section of the chocolate industry special is that everyone involved in the end to end chocolate making process is valued.
From the farmers that grow, harvest and prepare the beans, to the makers that craft their chocolate bars and finally to us chocolate eaters (and if you’re like us, we’re always hunting for that next best treat!).
