With Freya Schellhorn being the head chocolatier/maker, our vision is to change how the industry approaches products and traceability. we use extremely traceable cocoa & ingredients, so that farmers are paid properly right now and not in the future. We believe that we can do big things at our scale like using home compostable packaging, Kraft biodegradable pouches and more.
Freya has worked in the chocolate industry for over 8 years, working in Melbourne in the best kitchens and business. she has developed huge amount of skills that only few knows in Australia. She is one of the best young entrepreneur/chocolatier in Australia.
