NOTES: it's got a very blunted sweetness and a slight cooling effect, like it's made with erythritol, but the flavor is generally balanced. The flavor tastes like it would be best on toast or combined with elly; it's just hard to stand on its own. At the end the flavor goes very slightly rancid – maybe was exposed to too much heat in transit?

PACKAGING: The little jar packaging is nice, and makes it feel like a gift, albeit part of a set; however, I wish there were an ingredients list and some more information on the 'enrichment' mentioned on the top part of the jar.
