Loved It

Many years ago I had a chance to take a class from Robert Linxe, the founder of La Maison du Chocolat. In that class he kept repeating one word: Equilibre, or Balance. This bar reminds of the delicate balance it takes to deliver a bar that does not overwhelm, but tantalizes.
