Attending the Festival del Chocolate in Tabasco, Mexico, there is often a vendor who’s selling a cacao pod filled with cacao juice that you drink through a straw wrapped in spicy/sweet tamarind paste. This bar reminds me of that mix of tropical fruit, citrus, tamarind, and heat.

Yum.
