Chocolatey, Mango, Black Pepper
Loved It
What grows together, goes together, and Bon-fiction's combination of mango, chilli, and cacao has taken it one step further. It's one step forward, two steps…. further forward 😅 Here's why:
This 55% dark has a slow melt and it starts off with a sweet chocolate-y base, which stands well on its own.
When you land on a generous , crunchy chunk of freeze-dried mango, it's so vibrant. You're basically eating the color of the packaging – bronzed orange gold.
And just as you're enjoying it, the heat from the chilli sneaks up on you. It's pepper-y and it's definitely "there". But it doesn't escalate – the spice level is extremely even.
Finally, once that piece has slowly melted away, you're left with this underrated combination of sweet, spicy and ever so slight savouriness that's effortlessly basking in chocolate.
