Anything added to a chocolate bar beyond cacao and sugar is considered an “Inclusion”.
It could be something fairly common such as orange, mint, salt or powdered milk. Or, in the hands of a creative chocolate maker, something shocking and unusual.
In this special tasting we will examine how inclusions get added to chocolate and what constitutes a brilliant combination. Prepare to taste a wide range of bars that are dark, milk or even white chocolate.
