This workshop details how to craft plant~based white batches, how the approaches to plant-based white chocolate differ based on the primary ingredient replacing dairy, how plant-based whites not only create exciting flavors, but visual appeal, and troubleshooting flavor and texture.
This workshop takes place June 18, 2024 at 9am PT (US west coast time) and includes:
