We always think of chocolate as a sweet or dessert. And there seem to be rules of what you can combine with chocolate. Well, we will break those rules and push the boundaries beyond chocolate as a dessert.

This tasting will include sampels of bars with savoury and unusual ingredients. Some samples will contain dairy. No samples will contain gluten or nuts (although I can’t guarantee no traces of these).

We will learn together, it will be very interactive, there will be music, and there will be time for questions and purchasing bars if you wish. Anyone who loves to learn is welcome! Come with an open mind to try new an unique flavours.

Important! Please come hungry or have a very small meal beforehand, or have your meal after the tasting if possible. Being full limits your ability to taste. Please do not wear perfumes as this will also interfere with yours and others ability to pick up the aromas.

About The Chocolate: These are made by small founder-owned craft chocolate makers from around the world using fine flavoured cacao from ethical and transparent sources (above Fairtrade standards).
