White Chocolate

In this meetup, the theme is white chocolate. Some people love white chocolate. Some people say it isn’t even chocolate! Is it? In this meetup Geoseph will teach you all about what what chocolate is followed by sampling an array of both fine and industrial white chocolate. In this meetup, samples will contain dairy, and 1 or 2 may contain nuts or gluten.

How will it work?

We will start with a friendly ice breaker/meet & greet, followed by a run down, and then Geoseph will guide you through the samples. There will be some learning about cacao, chocolate, and neurogastronomy. There will be lots of time for questions, mingling, and feedback is encouraged.

Dietary Requests

In this meetup, all samples will contain dairy. Some samples may also contain nuts or gluten. No samples will contain alcohol.* However, I cannot guarantee samples do not contain traces of any allergens due to where they were produced, and that there are products here that do contain those ingredients.
