A “utopia”. That seemed to us at first to be our way of seeing (understanding) chocolate, when we transported cocoa in our luggage from Colombia and dreamed of creating a more authentic chocolate. More real. Today Utopick is a reality.

We like cocoa from the most purist perspective, but we do not give up the creativity that allows a product (and a food) so versatile and full of possibilities. We live in a constant balance between both visions with a certainty that runs through our entire project: the desire to want to make chocolate. Real chocolate. Really.

Led by Paco Llopis and Juana Rojas, founders of Utopick (the first, a master chocolatier, a great connoisseur of the world of cocoa; the second, a creative mind, capable of elevating each bar to excellence) we live chocolate in a big way. Enjoying it in every bite. And we want you to do it too.

We work hand in hand with the cocoa producer from its harvest (with particular aromatic and gustatory characteristics) to our workshop, located in the emblematic neighborhood of Ruzafa in Valencia. We do this by selecting the origin of each grain, maintaining the aroma and fineness of each seed. 

We work with the ingredients with respect, care and detail and we make the tablets daily in our workshop, in a space of creation and cocoa culture where we capture all our passion and all our creativity.

Our ingredients and our formula (without adding additives to cocoa) make us unique. Sustainability and transparency also define us. Our artisan chocolate has the highest certifications, with the most important international awards in the sector.
