Jake and Josie Potter are gourmands through and through. Their love of good food has taken them from home kitchens to farmers markets to chocolate festivals across the country. Jake’s passion for flavor led him to start making bean-to-bar chocolate by hand, roasting and refining small batches of cocoa beans from around the world. When they realized how much southern Utah was craving more of these kinds of experiences, they decided to host one themselves. The result is a festival that brings together local and regional makers, fosters connection through flavor, and celebrates the art of craft chocolate and fine foods.
