Started by Melbourne pastry chef, Jeanette Macko, Planet Cocoa is an online chocolate and cake shop stocking and crafting your new favourite treats from scratch.
We are a small online chocolate shop based in Collingwood, Melbourne. We make some of the best ‘bean to bar’ chocolate blocks and chocolate cakes and all things chocolate from scratch. This means we craft our chocolate from the cocoa bean into stoneground chocolate. With this chocolate, we make your favourite blocks and baked goods!
Since we are small batch, we can focus on making sure each bite is memorable whether you try our hot chocolate oat milk block, raspberry ganache truffles or chocolate basque cheesecake you’ll be blown away.
We only source cocoa beans from ethical and transparent sources. Ethical trade is paramount for our craft as without cocoa communities continuing their farming, fermenting and drying, there is no chocolate: no Planet Cocoa.
