At Levêlez, origin is everything.
We work with six different cacao origins, primarily from Tabasco, spanning the region from the mountains to the coast. Each contributes unique nuances—fruity, citrus, spicy—that we celebrate in our bars.
The soul of chocolate is born in the earth. Each origin is a story that transforms into flavor.
We craft bean-to-bar chocolate in small batches, with precision and soul.
We hand-select each bean, roast at low temperatures, carefully hull until we obtain completely clean nibs, and refine for many hours to achieve a silky texture.
Like cocoa, we too are made to grow, flourish, and transcend. Nature reminds us that life tests us… But if we act with soul, passion and purpose, leafiness is inevitable.
True luxury is doing things with meaning. And when everything is done from the best of oneself, what flourishes is unique and remains. It will be leafy. It will be Levêlez.
