I want to use pure ingredients to create chocolate with a flavor that appeals to the senses.
The challenge of creating a single origin that makes the most of the characteristics of cacao beans. Cacao beans have attractive characteristics depending on where they are grown. Each of the 12 steps involved in making the beans is changed to suit the beans. We do not blend local ingredients. We are particular about single origin.
We work closely with procedures to add a green touch. We go to the site, see it with our own eyes, and talk directly to the people who make it. Look, touch, smell, and eat. We inherit that idea and create new flavors.
Wrapping together the Japanese’s “consideration” of caring for others. The chocolate is hand-wrapped using traditional Japanese washi paper and made with care.
