Faraway Garden is a business born out of a passion for nature, starting with making jam from the fruits of my allotment. I now source most of my fruits and veg locally and in the summer there is always something from my plot in the collection.

I use only bean to bar chocolate in my assortment. My cocoa beans are always sourced from suppliers who are passionate about the sustainability of cocoa and delivering a fair price to cocoa farmers. I am trained by Mackenzie at the Next Batch bean to bar chocolate school and have my certificates in Mastering Chocolate Flavor by Ecole Chocolat and the level 2 certificate from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cocoa Tasting.
