My 10+ years of tasting chocolate at the NW Chocolate Festival and abroad spurred me to start exploring more and sharing my discoveries of craft bean-to-bar chocolate with others, which naturally became a business. My background of teaching yoga and my love of travel definitely can be seen as influences in my business.

It’s more than an education to share chocolate. I love bringing people to their senses: see, smell, touch & taste – it’s so personal and moves a person to be present, like a meditation of being in the now. I often times collaborate with local wine makers, restaurants, and store owners, which connect me to my community. For me cacao and chocolate also are topics of deep dive discussions and conversation that encompass the globe. Plus it’s a pleasure to share the passionate maker’s stories, who are also global.
