Meet two chocolate makers and taste the chocolates they’ve crafted.
Chef Myriam Osorio McCormick, Owner & Founder of McCormick Bakery and Chocolate will share truffles and bars crafted from cacao grown in her home country of Honduras. Chef Myriam is in the process of opening a shop in Crofton, Maryland in early 2025.
Laura Cruz, Owner & Founder of Finca Co, will share chocolates crafted from her cacao farm in El Salvador. Laura’s land in El Salvador focuses on growing micro-lots of coffee, cacao & honey “Every year, every harvest delights us with its distinctive notes, shapes and forms. FincaCo brings in small batches of these seasonal gifts from nature.”
We’re looking forward to hearing the stories of these two entrepreneurs’ journeys and enjoying their chocolates.
