Join us to taste & explore two of Copenhagen’s Nordic-influenced craft chocolate makers! Mellōw Chocolate and Friis-Holm Chokolade
We’ll be tasting chocolate hand-crafted in Copenhagen with a Nordic twist.
Taste dark bars with wild Nordic seaweed (for an unami & mineral sea salt twist) and Black Oats as a cookie inclusion by Mellōw Chocolates.
Learn about the impact of fermentation on chocolate flavor when you compare the taste of “Triple Turned Single Bean” vs. a more acidic “Double Turned Single Bean” heirloom Nicaraguan cacao made into 70% bars by Friis-Holm Chokolade. Chocolates offered will range from 58% to 85%, if you’re interested in sampling the darker side.
