Join chocolate and flavor concierge Dr Jessica Henderson in exploring spirit-infused chocolate in a guided online tasting.

For the last event before a summer break we are exploring how different chocolate makers from around the world infuse spirits and integrate their flavor into their unique chocolate. Each maker creates their flavorful bars using different spirits and techniques. We will learn a little bit about each chocolate maker and the story behind their bars as we enjoy ten unique spirit-infused chocolate samples.

Upon purchase you will receive access to the Zoom invitation.

The week of the event you will be shipped your chocolate tasting kit of 10 dark chocolate samples.

We will then meet together over Zoom conferencing for a one hour guided tasting of the chocolate samples with Jessica.

Chocolate samples are never repeated from previous classes.

Tickets will remain available until the event to allow for local pickup.

The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is 7 days before scheduled class

Chocolate kits will be shipped (within the US only) the week before the scheduled class and are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please contact me directly for international shipping.
