Curriculum Director and talented chef, Stephen Durfee, is hosting a few brunches at the factory with some of his friends (including our neighbor at Baklava Story Tolgay, Ryan Seal of Sea Ranch, and Melissa Perello of Octavia).

We will transform the back part of our factory into a lively brunch space serving you a fixed menu including chocolate drinks, scones, a main dish, and a tasty dessert.
Every course will include some component of cacao or chocolate along with some seasonal ingredients perfect for a summer meal. Watch as the chefs plate your dish and our team serves it to you.
