Join Advanced Cicerone and award-winning beer writer David Nilsen at Loose Ends Brewing in Centerville, Ohio, for a guided pairing of bean to bar chocolates with excellent Loose Ends beers.

The event will take place on Wednesday, July 17, at 7 p.m. eastern, and will last 60-75 minutes.

David will guide attendees through 4 generous pairings of craft chocolate with 4 different Loose Ends beers. Along the way, he’ll explain the history and unique ingredients of each beer, explain about how chocolate is made, and walk attendees through each sensory pairing.

David is the host of the Bean to Barstool beer and chocolate podcast and the author of Pairing Beer & Chocolate, a brand new book that will be available for sale the night of the event.
