Join us at 12 Cakes Paris for a pre-holiday goûter introduction to understanding and tasting fine craft chocolate.
Kids and parents will gain valuable insight into the chocolate world, how to evaluate industrial versus craft chocolates, and how to make smarter choices! All while indulging in generous tastings of chocolates, hot chocolate and some baked treats.
C’est l’heure de goûter!
This new workshop of approximately 1.5 hours will be hosted by Lisa and Jenni, to help kids and parents alike to better understand the chocolate they see and enjoy, and hopefully become more discerning in their tastes!
We will look at a small handful of both milk and dark chocolates of high quality from ethical, sustainable small producers, and even enjoy comparing some excellent hot chocolates and cookies at the end.
Adults are more than welcome with our without small people.
