Meet the Maker

EuroBean offers insights into chocolate production, from the cultivation of cocoa beans to the final product, to help consumers understand the value of organic and fair trade chocolate.

Bean to Bar

Conscious sourcing of the best ingredients, artisan processing with great attention to detail, health aspects – the EuroBean Chocolate Festival is all about this and everything else worth knowing about bean-to-bar chocolate.

Fairness

The chocolate makers at EuroBean take the concept of ‘organic and fair’ very seriously. The associated philosophies of bean to bar, organic farming and fair trade are important factors of the festival.
