Join chocolate sommelier Estelle Tracy for a craft chocolate sampling of her curated selection at Philter Coffee. After a brief introduction to bean-to-bar, you will taste 5 different chocolate samples. This is a fun, economical way to taste a lot of chocolate without breaking the bank! All featured chocolate is made using transparently traded cacao beans.
Additional tea and chocolate bars will be available for purchase.

Estelle Tracy is an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier based in the Philadelphia area. A French native, she discovered the bean-to-bar movement in 2015 and has been leading chocolate tastings ever since.
