Sample some delicious new chocolate from some of the best chocolate makers in the world, learn out more about why craft chocolate is so much better for you and the cocoa farmers, and get hands on with tastings and talks hosted by experts including Professor Tim Spector, Maxwell Dashwood, Paul A Young and Annalisa Barbieri.
