We’re thrilled to be partnering with our longtime friends at Primo Chocolates for a fabulous workshop on Monday, July 15th from 6-8pm.
Learn to make traditional French-style rolled truffles using fair-trade dark chocolate and hand-crafted vegan white chocolate.
Choose from a spectrum of organically grown and foraged floral, mushroom and herbal powders to activate your truffles to bring home, share as a gift, or finish off on the train 😉
Learn about direct trade cacao, the basics of herbalism and foraging, and making vegan ganache. Oliver’s philosophy is that food can be our medicine– especially things that are usually seen as rich and indulgent, like chocolate. Provided: complimentary tea, instruction, recipe guide, and boxed treats to bring home.
