Just in time for Pi(e) Day!

We put together this hands-on activity to guide you through each step of assembling and decorating your own chocolate cream pie.

Our Curriculum Director, Chef Stephen Durfee, will share his expert tips on pastry making and decorating. This class is meant for beginners and beyond, and is a lovely way to introduce yourself to the world of pastry.
