We’re a Colombian-owned chocolate brand bringing you real bean-to-bar chocolate with tropical flavors.

Maria Alejandra, a proud Colombian chocolatier, chocolate taster, food storyteller, and lover of all things sweet.

In 2020, she started Karü Chocolates right in her home kitchen with one clear dream: to share her passion for chocolate and showcase the magic of our cacao and the vibrant tropical flavors that make Colombia truly one of a kind.

Our Mission is to create real chocolate that honors the farmers, celebrates Colombia’s flavors, and brings joy to every moment.

We source the finest cacao directly from small farmers across Colombia, supporting their work and preserving traditional growing practices.

Each batch is carefully roasted and crafted to highlight the cacao’s natural flavors, from fruity and bright notes to deep, earthy richness.

We transform these beans into chocolate that doesn’t just taste good, but tastes like the warmth, culture, and bold tropical flavors that make Colombian cacao truly unique.
