The Chocolate Tasting certificate courses take an interactive approach, exploring the gastronomic senses to awaken and educate our chocolate palates, while taking an in depth look at the fascinating and fast evolving world of small scale fine chocolate making, based on our 20 years of experience tasting and reviewing fine chocolate and exploring the world of fine cacao.

On the course

Level 1 Plus is an introduction to the sensory analysis of chocolate and an excellent basis for chocolate tasting, including tasting different origins or blends of fine dark chocolate, tasted in different ways to understand the variables of aroma, aftertaste , texture and taste.

The two days conclude with a 30-minute multiple choice test, based on the course content. Certificates will be extended to those who achieve at least a passing grade.

The Level 1 Plus course in Chocolate Tasting consists of more than 16 hours including exam, homework correction and certification delivery.
