This specially curated tasting features chocolate in which tea flavor had been added by steeping or grinding premium teas directly with the chocolate.

This creates integrated flavors, with distinct tea notes complementing the cacao for a complex and unique balanced tasting experience. As we taste through the chocolate bar samples in your Chocolate Tasting Kit we journey through the flavors and culinary cultures where they were crafted – Taiwan, Thailand, Italy and Singapore.

Upon purchase you will receive access to the Zoom invitation. The week of the event you will be shipped your chocolate tasting kit of 10 samples (includes dark, milk and white varieties). We will then meet together over Zoom conferencing for a one hour guided tasting of the chocolate samples with Jessica.

Chocolate samples are never repeated from previous classes.

Tickets will remain available until the event to allow for local pickup.

The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is 7 days before scheduled class

Chocolate kits will be shipped (within the US only) the week before the scheduled class and are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please contact me directly for international shipping.
