Join chocolate and flavor concierge Dr Jessica Henderson in tasting some of the most amazing dark chocolate bars from makers around the world

This specially curated chocolate tasting features chocolate from cacao growing origins and chocolate makers who are focusing on sustainable and regenerative agroforestry to promote biodiversity, reverse deforestation and support local communities.

Curated chocolate includes two 100% cacao samples, three samples from Chuao Venezuela, three samples from Maya Mountain Belize and three samples from additional origins.

As we taste through the chocolate bar samples in your Chocolate Tasting Kit we are connected through a value chain to the land and people who grew and created them. We will discuss how their intentional choices affect not only the plants and animals of the ecosystem but the lives and livelihoods of the local people who live within as well.

Upon purchase you will receive access to the Zoom invitation.

Your Chocolate Tasting Kit of 10 dark chocolate bar samples will be shipped the week before the event.

We will then meet together over Zoom conferencing for a one hour guided tasting of the chocolate samples with Jessica.

Chocolate samples are not repeated from previous classes.
