In 2026, we’re launching a special three-part series of online craft chocolate tastings, featuring rare and remarkable bars sourced directly from the Northwest Chocolate Festival and the Midwest Craft Chocolate Festival. These aren’t chocolates you’ll find on shelves—many are exclusive festival releases, crafted by makers from around the world and available only to those lucky enough to grab them.
Each session includes 15 hand-selected bars, curated by Karla Schade, experienced chocolate judge, sommelier, and founder of Opening Chocolate. From extraordinary origins to unexpected inclusions—yes, even deer’s milk chocolate—this series brings you flavors and stories you won’t encounter anywhere else.

-a 1.5 to 2-hour guided online tasting with an experienced chocolate sommelier

This online event will be hosted on Zoom. Once tickets have been purchased you will receive the Zoom link via the email you provide.
Tickets are very limited. ONLY 6 tasting tickets are available for this event.
