Join Dr. Jessica Henderson for this fun guided pairing followed by a lighthearted and delicious game of guess the flavors and a cocktail too

Open a bottle of your favorite red wine as we taste and pair 4 different craft chocolates to discover which pairs you prefer most.

Then we will taste 8 bite-sized chocolate sample in a fun Guess the Flavors game.

Using an online multiple choice quiz, you will put in your best guess for each of the chocolate samples- it won’t be easy but it will be fun!

We will finish the event with a happy hour creating the Cocoa Praline (Vegan!) cocktail together to end the night.

Upon purchase you will receive an email with Zoom access information (within 24 hours). 

The week of the event you will be shipped a chocolate tasting kit including 12 chocolate samples, a cocktail recipe and enough chocolate to create 4 cocktails

Chocolate samples are not repeated from previous classes. 

Private group tasting and pairing experiences are also available- please message me directly to schedule an event for your group.

Price includes continental US shipping.

Tickets will remain available until the event to allow for local pickup. 

The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is 6 days before scheduled class.

Chocolate kits will be shipped (within the US) the week before the scheduled class and are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. International shipping is not available.

Class size will be limited to 10.
