Our final tasting event with @paulyoungchef in 2025 comes as part of Whitby’s 1st Chocolate Festival.
This festival, in aid of the Whitby Defibrillator Project, is a new event on the town’s calendar so we wanted to do something special to mark the occasion. Paul will be joining us to celebrate not only bean to bar chocolate but the art of making amazing hot chocolate too.
As part of the evening Paul will demonstrate how to make one of his signature hot chocolate drinks.
