Join International Chocolate Judge Madison Ashton for a deep dive into the bars she found especially stunning this past year. Expect to taste both milk and dark chocolate, probably with some very surprising inclusions. You’ll get lots of fascinating chocolate insights and info as always in our classes plus some background on Madison’s research project working on a cacao farm in Belize last spring. Learn how a chocolate expert evaluates a bar and take this opportunity to ask anything you’ve ever wondered about chocolate judging.
