We are an Italian company that produces chocolate following the artisanal method known as “Bean to Bar”. In addition, we use exclusively high-quality cocoa beans from Venezuela.
Every aspect of production—from selecting the cocoa to crafting the chocolate, to releasing the finished product for sale—is handled directly by us, in our laboratory.
Aroko was born from the desire to introduce the public to the full quality and diversity of Venezuelan cocoa. Because there’s more to chocolate than just one type; on the contrary, there are as many types as there are varieties of cocoa beans. And no country has as many varieties as Venezuela.
