Ara Chocolat
Founded by a Venezuelan couple, Andrés and Sabrina, is a micro batch Parisian chocolate shop and one of the few bean-to-bar chocolate makers in France. We make chocolates from the beans that our Chef Chocolatier, Andrés, carefully chooses and buys directly to small cocoa growers and cooperatives in Latin America.
At our shop, we want to make you travel through chocolate, by showing you the differences among cocoa varieties. We also want to highlight the importance of protecting heirloom cocoas.
We work with cocoa beans selected and purchased directly by our master chocolatier, Andrés, from small producers and producer cooperatives in different Latin American countries.
We take you on a journey with chocolate, showing you the differences between cocoa varieties and the importance of preserving native and ancestral cocoa varieties.
