About Patricia Cosma

Is a Bean-to-bar chocolate consultant and connoisseur. Tasting chocolate from all around the world, meeting chocolate makers and cacao farmers, she started her chocolate journey in 2016 and since expanded both her passion for and knowledge of craft chocolate. As a culmination of her work with the craft chocolate community in India, She founded The Indian Cacao and Craft Chocolate Festival  in 2022 along with Ketaki Churi and Sneha Sridhar.
