Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier based in the Philadelphia area. As the founder of 37 Chocolates, my goal is to take you on memorable flavor journeys through cacao and chocolate.
Join us on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 1 pm ET for a virtual chocolate tasting featuring bars made with Latin American cacao.
Your tasting kit includes:
- One (1) full-size bar of Castronovo Chocolate 70% Puerto Rico dark chocolate.
- One (1) full-size bar of Moka Origins 60% Mexico dark chocolate.
- One (1) full-size bar of Argencove Orange Cardamom 70% Nicaraguan dark chocolate.
- One (1) roll of Diego’s cardamom Guatemalan 75% dark milk chocolate. This product contains dairy.
