Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, an award-winning food writer and chocolate sommelier based in the Philadelphia area. As the founder of 37 Chocolates, my goal is to take you on memorable flavor journeys through cacao and chocolate.
Join us on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 1 pm ET for a virtual chocolate tasting featuring Paris-made chocolate.
Your tasting kit includes:
- One (1) full-size bar of 70% Cameroon dark chocolate by Jean-Paul Hévin bar – this was my favorite bar from my recent trip to Paris.
- One (1) block of Chocolat Éclair (instant hot chocolate) by Debauve & Gallais
- Three (3) Debauve & Gallais “pistoles” (chocolate disks)
- Two (2) reproductions of Debauve & Gallais “chromos” aka trading cards
- Three (3) samples of dark chocolate by Plaq chocolat, including Cognac-infused dark chocolate.
The selection is VEGAN.
